This function is to reduce the number of issues that are loaded on the mobile app. When viewing the list of issues for a unit on the CommuDesk QMS mobile app, only those that are not archived will be displayed. Archived issues will still be displayed on the web portal, and can be un-archived. Once un-archived, it will once again appear on the mobile app. Only issues that are in 'Closed Internal' status can be archived.
ARCHIVE AN ISSUE
1. Select Project.
2. Select 'Issue List' from the side menu.
3. Scroll to the rightmost column of the issue, click the 'Options' button, and select 'Show'. The issue needs to be in 'Closed Internal' status and 'No' for Archive Status.
4. Click the 'More' button and select 'Archive'.
5. Click 'Yes' at the confirmation pop up box.
UN-ARCHIVE AN ISSUE
1. Select Project.
2. Select 'Issue List' from the side menu.
3. Scroll to the rightmost column of the issue, click the 'Options' button, and select 'Show'. The issue needs to be in 'Closed Internal' status and 'Yes' for Archive Status.
4. Click the 'More' button and select 'Restore'.
5. Click 'Yes' at the confirmation pop up box.
